- 1 Click on a meeting link or enter a room ID on our meetings page
- 2 Allow browser permissions for camera and microphone when prompted
- 3 Enter your display name (this will be visible to other participants)
- 4 Choose your audio/video settings and click "Join meeting"

• Try turning video off and on again
Poor connection or meeting keeps dropping
• Check your internet connection speed
• Close other bandwidth-heavy applications
• Switch to audio-only mode to reduce bandwidth usage
• Move closer to your WiFi router or use ethernet cable
